ORIGINAL DRY 


A dry, lightly sparkling cider based on years of experimentation and practice.
This crisp, clean wine-like cider has ripe apple, pear drop aromas and a perfect acidity to compliment any meal. 

We enjoy this refreshing cider most when served chilled on a warm, sunny day.

WILD

​​Our Wild cider uses no cultivated yeasts during its fermentation. Wild yeasts from the air and apple skins create our funkiest cider yet.

This mellow cider boasts warm buttery notes with soft caramel and ripe banana undertones. 

This is our nod to the old world and the way cider was traditonally made.

HOPPED

Fused with fresh hops, this is an exciting new style of cider.
Our hopped cider has tropical notes, including hints of citrus, grapefruit and slight bitterness to form a well rounded refreshing drink.

For those wishing to expand their cider drinking portfolio this will surely impress!

PEAR & APPLE

A residually sweet,  sparkling off-dry​​​ cider. Made from ripe pears and crisp apples. Hand riddled, using the méthode champenoise style.

SCRUMPY

A true taste of South Gippsland, painstakingly hand picked from wild apple trees in the hills surrounding Foster. Wild apple trees fruit bi annually, meaning we will never have the same combination of apples again. A stunning limited release of 200 bottles.

ORCHARD RESERVE

As our orchard's apple trees mature we will have an increasing amount of heritage apples. These will produce highly complex and rich ciders.

METHODE
TRADITIONELLE

​​Champagne like cider. These bottles are hand riddled as per traditional champagne for at least 6 months. The result is a highly sparkling cider perfect for a special occasion.
